Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SpinClaw dedicated node. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

If within the first 7 days of your initial purchase you find that SpinClaw doesn't meet your needs, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, please contact our support team or initiate the process through your dashboard.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

After the initial 7-day period has passed, all subscription payments become non-refundable. Additionally, refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Terms of Service Violations: If your account or node is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., deploying agents for spam, abuse, or illegal activities), no refund will be issued.
  • Renewal Billing: Recurring monthly charges after the initial 7-day period are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
  • Third-Party Costs: We cannot refund any costs you incur with third-party service providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for your AI API usage.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the SpinClaw dashboard.

  • When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
  • Your dedicated node will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Upon the expiration of your billing cycle, your server and all associated data will automatically be destroyed.

Note: Because we provision real hardware for you, pausing a server is not currently possible. Cancellation results in the complete destruction of the virtual machine and its data.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
